La obra Los sindicatos y la asignación del ingreso en Colombia. Un siglo de historia laboral es el resultado de un recorrido analítico a lo largo de mas de un siglo en la historia del derecho laboral colombiano que pretende, por una parte, dilucidar su estructura y evolución y, por otra, reflexionar acerca de la posibilidad de que la organización sindical constituya, eventualmente, un legitimo canal de transmisión de la inconformidad de aquello grupos cuyas preferencias hasta ahora se han mantenido excluidas de la discusión y, por ende, del ordenamiento jurídico. |
